A Huge Thank You to Our Rondo Volunteers!

On Saturday, February 8th, the heart of Rondo Theatre was beating as strong as ever as our dedicated volunteers came together for a team planning day. All present participated enthusiastically sharing ideas for how we can make the Rondo Theatre the best it can be!"

With a focus on setting goals for the year ahead, each team discussed ways to improve and enhance our spaces, operations, and overall experience for performers, crew, and audiences. Some of the goals set included:

·       Bar Team: Replacing bar mats, fixing a leak, and acquiring another PoS system to streamline service.

·       Lighting & Sound: Enhancing sound quality in the foyer and installing Universe 2 to allow for additional lighting options.

·       Set Construction: Recruiting new volunteers, especially younger members, to help bring our sets to life.

·       Backstage: Organizing an inventory and storage system for spare supplies and creating an SM Manual for smooth backstage operations.

·       Props: Hosting a garage sale to clear out excess props and make room for future productions.
